At the date of this policy, RenderNext does not intentionally install non-essential analytics, advertising or behavioural profiling cookies on rendernext.eu. The inquiry forms submit directly to RenderNext and do not require a marketing cookie to work.

Our hosting or security infrastructure may use strictly necessary technical mechanisms or short-lived storage where this is required to deliver the service securely, route requests or prevent abuse.

2. Strictly necessary technologies

Romanian law allows technical storage or access without optional consent where it is exclusively necessary to transmit a communication or strictly necessary to provide an information-society service expressly requested by the user. Where such technology is used, it is limited to that necessary purpose.

If RenderNext later introduces analytics, advertising, social pixels or another non-essential technology that stores information on or accesses information from your device, we will assess the applicable consent requirement before activating it. Where prior consent is required, the technology will remain disabled until an appropriate choice has been made.

A future consent interface will not treat silence, inactivity or a preselected option as consent, and withdrawing or refusing optional tracking should be practical.

You can inspect, remove or block cookies and site data through your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary storage can affect functionality when a feature genuinely depends on it.
