2. Personal data we process

We process data you provide directly when you contact us or submit a Website QA or Social Media inquiry, together with limited technical information generated when our website and infrastructure receive a request.

• Identity and contact data, such as name and email address.
• Business information, such as company name, website URL, social profile URLs and the service you are interested in.
• The content of messages, notes and project information you choose to send us.
• Technical and security information that may be recorded by our hosting or infrastructure providers, such as IP address, request time, browser/device information and security logs.

3. Why we use the data and our legal bases

• To answer an inquiry, assess fit, prepare a scope or take steps requested before entering a contract — GDPR Article 6(1)(b).
• To operate, secure and protect the website, prevent abuse and keep reasonable business records — our legitimate interests under GDPR Article 6(1)(f).
• To comply with accounting, tax, legal or regulatory obligations where applicable — GDPR Article 6(1)(c).
• Where we introduce an optional activity that legally requires consent, such as non-essential tracking or optional marketing communications, we will request consent before relying on it — GDPR Article 6(1)(a).

4. Who receives personal data

We share personal data only where necessary to operate the website, respond to requests, provide services or comply with law. This may include authorized RenderNext personnel or contractors, hosting/infrastructure providers, professional advisers and public authorities where legally required.

Inquiry emails are delivered using Resend, operated by Plus Five Five, Inc. Resend therefore processes email addresses, message content and related delivery metadata on our behalf for this purpose.

5. International transfers

Some service providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Resend states that its primary processing operations are in the United States and its Data Processing Addendum includes the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and commitments relating to the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. Where another transfer requires safeguards under GDPR Chapter V, we use an appropriate legal transfer mechanism.

6. Retention

Inquiry data is retained for as long as necessary to handle the request, determine whether a business relationship will be established, maintain appropriate business records and, where relevant, establish, exercise or defend legal claims. If a contract is formed, relevant correspondence and records may be retained for the duration of the relationship and for longer where accounting, tax, limitation-period or other legal requirements apply.

Technical and security logs are retained according to the configuration and legitimate security needs of the relevant infrastructure provider and are not kept longer than reasonably necessary for those purposes.

7. Your rights

Subject to the conditions in applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal data, object to processing based on legitimate interests, or withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. You may also lodge a complaint with the Romanian supervisory authority for data protection.

8. Automated decisions and sensitive information

RenderNext does not use the website inquiry forms to make decisions about you based solely on automated processing that produce legal or similarly significant effects.

Please do not send passwords, payment-card data, authentication codes or other unnecessary sensitive information through public inquiry forms. If service delivery requires controlled access, we agree the appropriate access method separately.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our processing activities, providers or legal obligations change. The current version and update date are published on this page.
